The purpose of the Journal is to further the understanding of the theory and practice of Public Administration, Leadership and Management by publishing articles of interest to practitioners in Leadership, Management and Administration. The papers published by the journal have been and will continue to focus on serious research outputs that contribute to universal and practical knowledge in areas of leadership, administration, and management.
